Search Engineer는 최적의 사용자 맞춤형 검색결과를 제공하기 위한 검색 및 추천 시스템을 개발합니다. 보다 향상된 고객 경험을 제공하기 위해, 기존 기능을 분석하여 신규 추천 모델을 설계하고, 검색 서비스를 안정적으로 제공할 수 있도록 지속적인 개선 및 운영 업무를 진행합니다.
이런 분과 함께하고 싶습니다
- 최소 3년 이상의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 경험이 있는 분
- Python, Java, Kotlin 등 프로그래밍 언어를 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 분
- 새로운 기술과 툴에 대해 주도적으로 배워보고자 하시는 분
- 데이터 기반 분석적 사고를 바탕으로 문제 해결 능력을 갖추신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자들과 소통하실 수 있는 분
이런 점을 가지고 계신다면 더욱 좋습니다
- 검색 혹은 추천 시스템 관련 유관 경험을 가지고 있는 분
- AI/빅데이터 등 유관 분야에 대한 학문적 지식 혹은 프로젝트 경험을 가지고 있는 분
- vectorDB, elasticsearch, Redis에 대한 경험이 있는 분
- Apache Spark 기반 대규모 데이터 처리 경험이 있는 분
- Azure 클라우드 기반 개발/운영 경험이 있는분
