Must have:

1. Executive Schedule Management: Overall management of executive schedules, including arrangements for meetings, business trips, and business receptions, and reasonable prioritization;

2. Confidentiality and Risk Control Management: Strictly safeguard documents and materials involving executives;

3. Executive Administrative Affairs: Manage executive office environment, equipment, and supplies; handle executive personal affairs;

4. Handle temporary tasks assigned by executives.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (CET-6 or equivalent);

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a professional service awareness;

3. Meticulous and rigorous, highly sensitive to work content, strictly adhere to confidentiality principles;

4. Strong stress resistance, adaptable to fast-paced work, good stability.
