As a Senior Account Director, you will protect and grow client accounts, acting as the key liaison between Bounteous and its clients. You will develop and manage strategic account plans, fostering multi-threaded relationships, identifying opportunities, and elevating Bounteous's strategic role within client businesses. This role involves understanding client objectives, maintaining strong relationships, leading new Statement of Work kickoffs, and ensuring proper contract execution and collections. You will also guide design and development teams, provide relevant reporting and analytics, and assist in contract negotiations to expand business.
