Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to manage, grow, deepen, and consolidate the clients assigned to the sub-management through the development of strategies aimed at maintaining and expanding the market. This involves constant analysis and identification of commercial opportunities to improve the client's business and optimize the efficiency of their processes, leveraging the company's product portfolio. It's also crucial to have an in-depth understanding of the processes, strategies, and decision-making dynamics to ensure a successful relationship between the company and the account, thus facilitating effective commercial management.
Must have:
  • Meet the budget assigned to the position.
  • Deepen the current clients, incorporating new processes and products.
  • Identify the needs of the clients before presenting any offer.
  • Provide efficient and timely service to the clients' requirements.
  • Comply with the indicators established by the company.
  • Define, together with the Management, the commercial strategy for each segment.

Job Description

Propósito del cargo:

Este cargo tiene como objetivo la administración, crecimiento, profundización y consolidación de los clientes asignados a la subgerencia, mediante el desarrollo de estrategias orientadas al mantenimiento y expansión del mercado. Para ello, se requiere un análisis constante e identificación de oportunidades comerciales que permitan mejorar el negocio del cliente y optimizar la eficiencia de sus procesos, apalancándose en el portafolio de productos de la compañía. Asimismo, es fundamental conocer en profundidad los procesos, estrategias y dinámicas de toma de decisiones, con el fin de garantizar una relación exitosa entre la empresa y la cuenta, facilitando así una gestión comercial eficaz.

 

Responsabilidades del cargo:

  • Cumplir con el presupuesto asignado al cargo.

  • Profundizar en los clientes actuales, incorporando nuevos procesos y productos que aún no consumen.

  • Identificar las necesidades de los clientes antes de presentar cualquier oferta.

  • Brindar un servicio eficiente y oportuno ante los requerimientos de los clientes.

  • Cumplir con los indicadores establecidos por la compañía.

  • Definir, en conjunto con la Gerencia, la estrategia comercial aplicable a cada uno de los segmentos asignados en su cartera.

  • Posicionar a Experian en el mercado como la empresa líder en este segmento.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Educacion: Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador de empresas
  • Experiencia: Sector bancário, mínimo 5 años de Experiancia manejando clientes de alto nível de la zona.
  • Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Excel, Power point, y manejo de CRM
  • Idiomas: Ingles intermédio
  • Competencias: Comerciales, habilidades de negociacion y cierre, relacionamento
