We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead a major client partnership, ideally based in Switzerland. This role involves working closely with a central team and managing teams across different markets. Responsibilities include driving excellence in client account leadership, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will also strengthen client relationships, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality work delivery.

  • Proactively elevate discussions shaping new approaches that drive growth and support transformation.

  • Drive growth by identifying and capturing business opportunities through understanding of the client’s priorities. Define and execute strategic roadmaps, with a strong focus on transformation.
  • Champion the “Power of One” bring to life the vision of driving client growth by seamlessly integrating creativity, technology and data.
  • Proven track record of building credible and meaningful partnerships with C-Suite clients across the marketing and advertising agency ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of finance and resource management models to optimise and inform both business and growth decisions.
  • Operational ability to build the right team structures and operating models to deliver effectively.
  • Expert knowledge and thinking to offer a strong point of view for integrated marketing services.
  • Culturally astute, adept at working in a variety of environments and cultures, and able to lead a team in an authentic, motivating and relevant way.
  • Comfortable navigating complex structures and thriving within ambiguity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal leaders across both the client and our own organisation; confident in managing up and down.
  • Has led large-scale accounts across multiple markets.
