We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable to join our Finance Operation team. This role is crucial for driving accuracy and efficiency in payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing and compliance with internal controls. You will strengthen internal controls, support process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth financial operations. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices accurately, monitoring accounts payable aging, maintaining organized documentation for audits, communicating with vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in accounts payable or finance/accounting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume transactions
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent/Fluent English (written and oral)
Good to have:
- Experience using Coupa as a procurement system
- Experience using SAP as ERP

About The Role

You will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, supporting process improvements, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operation.
What You Will Do
- Review invoices accurately, ensuring timely entries in line with company policy and payment terms.
- Monitor and maintain the aging of accounts payable balances.
- Maintain organized documentation to support audits and timely month-end closing.
- Communicate proactively with vendor and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume transactions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent/Fluent English on a written and oral basis is a must.
- Experience using Coupa as a procurement system and SAP as ERP will be an advantage.
About The Team
Our Accounts Payable team, as sub-pod of the Finance Operation and Corporate Treasury team, has more than 30 team members based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Working alongside the Accounting and Tax teams, we oversee the accounts payable, payment processing and cash flow management of all entities under GoTo Group. Currently, our team has been busy working on the alignment of policies and procedures with global standard, regulation and market practice, which will help GoTo to increase its competitiveness in the global market from a finance operations perspective. As a team, we’re concerned with the growth of the company, and each other’s personal growth and well-being, too.
