Job Description

Canva seeks a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist for their Revenue Operations team. This night shift role (based in the Philippines, supporting US CST timezone) involves managing accounts receivable operations end-to-end, including invoicing, collections, credit memos, refunds, chargebacks, and customer payment processing. About the Role

As part of our Revenue Operations team, this role will support the expansion of Offline Revenue (Enterprise) by providing invoicing, collections, and cash application support. You will work closely with our Sales, Deal Desk, Shared Services, and Enterprise Customers, ensuring a seamless Quote-to-Cash experience.

This role will be based in the Philippines, supporting standardized billing, collections, and cash applications while working US hours (CST timezone) to align with our global operations.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Be part of the backbone of our QTC process, supporting Sales, Deal Desk, shared services, and customers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely invoicing, and contract reviews.
  • Manage accounts receivable operations end-to-end, handling collections, credit memos, refunds, and chargebacks with precision and efficiency.
  • Own customer payment processing, ensuring optimized cash flow.
  • Support our internal ticketing system to ensure sales team and customer requests are addressed timely and accurately.
  • Compile and analyze quote to cash data, producing regular reports, metrics and insights for management and relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

We'd love it if you

  • Relevant experience in finance, accounting or business administration. CPA experience is a plus!
  • Bring 5–8 years of experience in accounts receivable, quote-to-cash, or a similar finance role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, subscription, or enterprise environment.
  • Know the ins and outs of AR operations, including subscription billing, invoice management and collections strategies
  • Are analytical and proactive, with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and implementing creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, balancing attention to detail with the ability to execute at scale.
  • Have experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Accounting ERPs & Billing Systems (Netsuite or Zuora), Customer Service Desks (Jira or Zendesk) and are comfortable navigating revenue platforms and contract management systems.
  • Are open to working night shifts Monday - Saturday (11:00 pm - 8:00 am PH time) to support our global operations.
