We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a proven track record of success in enterprise-level development projects. This role is for someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and apply strong problem-solving and logical thinking to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications for enterprise-level systems. Work with both legacy systems and cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation.

Leverage AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and management of applications. Ensure that applications are cloud-ready, scalable, and optimized for performance on AWS platforms.

Tackle complex software engineering challenges with a logical approach. Break down problems, design solutions, and deliver results with minimal guidance.

Design and implement modular systems and codebases that support scalability, maintainability, and reuse across multiple projects.

Design and implement RESTful APIs for system integration and communication with third-party applications. Optimize API performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.

Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries. Work with both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.

Write clear and concise technical documentation.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

What do we need?

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. Equivalent experience in enterprise software development will also be considered.

7+ years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8 or newer) with a strong focus in Spring Boot for building microservices-based architecture.

Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within scope.

Strong experience in popularization and designing scalable, maintainable systems and components.

Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), including optimization writing optimized queries.

Hands-on experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and managing API integrations.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of performance tuning and optimizing distributed applications.

Project experience that utilize Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a clear, logical approach to software design and debugging.
