Job Description
Roofstacks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in internet banking or digital banking projects to join their growing team. The role involves analyzing, improving, and redesigning business processes, gathering requirements, documenting business rules, and creating user and test scenarios. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field and be proficient in Agile methodologies. They will contribute to developing high-quality, user-friendly products and act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Good To Have:
- Project experience preferably in mobile banking, digital payment systems, or open banking
Must Have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
- At least 6 years of business analysis experience in internet banking and/or digital banking projects
- Expertise in analyzing, improving, and redesigning business processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, business rule documentation, user scenarios, and test scenario creation
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
- At least 6 years of business analysis experience in internet banking and/or digital banking projects
- Expertise in analyzing, improving, and redesigning business processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, business rule documentation, user scenarios, and test scenario creation
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Project experience preferably in mobile banking, digital payment systems, or open banking
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented approach
Communication Skills
- Ability to establish professional and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Ability to convey complex issues clearly, concisely, and understandably
- Ability to accurately analyze requirements and convey them to technical teams
- Ability to understand customer needs well and direct projects accordingly
Teamwork Expectations
- Contributing to the development of higher quality and user-friendly products
- Ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams
