Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing and optimizing billing, customer care, and other related processes in a telecommunications company by gathering requirements, developing solutions, and investigating new business requests. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BSS operations while ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and solutions for all stakeholders involved.
Must Have:
  • Analyze and optimize business processes in the BSS area (billing, ordering, provisioning, etc.)
  • Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS, OSS and IT systems and processes
  • Develop requirements for BSS/OSS/İT system functionality
  • Prepare business requirements for BSS/OSS/İT solutions within projects
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements
  • Translate technical language into business language to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions
  • Translate business language into technical language to ensure clear understanding of requirements by technical teams
  • Participate in testing and implementing new features in BSS systems
  • Find solutions to complex business problems related to BSS systems and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies
  • At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications and BSS field
  • Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML)
  • Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases
  • Knowledge of BSS system functionality and operation principles
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa
  • Ability to investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS systems and processes
  • Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to BSS systems and processes
  • Ability to work in a team and focus on results
  • Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions
