Job Description

Marsh is seeking a P&C Insurance Analyst in Bogota for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The analyst will manage a client portfolio, handling endorsements, billing, and maintaining insurance programs, including policy issuance, review, and confirmation.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in P&C insurance brokers or insurers.
  • Customer service skills and results-oriented critical thinking.
  • Knowledge of policy issuance, review, and endorsement management processes in insurance.
Must Have:
  • Manage client portfolio, including policy inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections.
  • Activate, review, and confirm policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle billing processes and insurance program maintenance.
  • Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and supporting policy/endorsement management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and project objectives.
  • Professional Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C insurance.
  • Knowledge in P&C insurance (all risk, transport, merchandise, RC, IRF).
  • Intermediate Excel and advanced English level.
  • Availability to work in a 3x2 hybrid scheme.

  • Handle billing processes and maintenance of the insurance program, ensuring correct information updates.
  • Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and supporting the management of policies and endorsements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and compliance with project objectives.

What you need to have:

  • Professional Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  • Knowledge in P&C insurance (all risk, transport, merchandise, RC, IRF).
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency and advanced English level.
  • Availability to work in a 3x2 hybrid scheme.
