Marsh Frankfurt is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for its Placement & Policy Servicing Team, specializing in Liability and Accident Insurance. For Policy Servicing, the role involves managing Marsh's own framework agreements, providing client support, creating offers, determining risk parameters, and documenting contract changes. Candidates should have an insurance background, fluent German and very good English skills, process-oriented thinking, and strong MS-Office knowledge.

What defines this position:

  • Processing national and international correspondence with clients and insurers
  • Creating invoicing orders for our European Business Support Center (EBSC)
  • Commissioning contract system maintenance for our EBSC
  • Sustainable review of the proper execution by our EBSC

In the area of Placement Servicing

  • Independent creation of complex invoices in our administration program
  • Independent contract setups in our administration program
  • Review and correction of booking differences in cooperation with insurers and/or other departments within Marsh
  • Creation of final settlements
  • Obtaining signatures from insurers for contract documents
  • And other tasks that will be taken over by the team in the future

In the area of Policy Servicing

  • Processing Marsh's own framework agreements in accident and wind liability insurance
  • Solution-oriented telephone and/or written information regarding the managed framework agreement
  • Offer creation with subsequent policy issuance of contracts
  • Determination of risk parameters including correspondence with internal and external partners, if necessary in cooperation with colleagues or the manager
  • Documentation of contract changes, cancellations, and contract restructuring
  • Participation in client meetings for special client requirements (in person/virtually)
