The Junior Consultant will join the Advisory team at Marsh McLennan in Tijuana - Mision. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. The Junior Consultant will be an entry-level consultant with a strong academic background, focused on supporting clients with their service needs in the insurance and risk management sector. Responsibilities include analyzing specific risk exposures, advising clients on solutions aligned with their strategic objectives and coverage needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize customer service, and contributing to internal strategy development through continuous training.

Must Have

  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related advisory services
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong teamwork, negotiation, and customer service orientation skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in insurance product analysis and market trend interpretation
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Description

Junior Consultant:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Advisory team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Tijuana - Mision. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Junior Consultant, you will be an entry-level consultant with a strong academic background focused on supporting clients in their service needs within the insurance and risk management sector. You will analyze specific risk exposures and advise clients on solutions aligned with their strategic objectives and coverage needs. You will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize customer service and contribute to the development of internal strategies, actively participating in continuous training and professional development programs.

We will count on you to:

  • Analyze client risk exposures and provide consultative support aligned with their strategic objectives and insurance needs
  • Identify emerging insurance products and interpret market conditions that impact client protection
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service delivery and internal strategies
  • Actively participate in advanced training programs to strengthen technical and consulting skills
  • Demonstrate proactivity in problem-solving and conflict resolution in client interactions
