Mercer is seeking a Senior Change Office Analyst to support the Pacific Change Portfolio, ensuring efficient delivery of strategic programs and high-quality reporting across projects. The role involves tracking and analyzing portfolio performance, supporting best practice framework development, providing consulting to Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers, and collaborating with the Change Office team to enhance services and foster a high-performance culture. This hybrid role is based in Melbourne.

We will count on you to:

  • Track, analyse, and report on portfolio performance, schedules, risks, and benefits, providing insights to leadership.
  • Support development and compliance of best practice frameworks, driving adherence to standards across projects.
  • Provide consulting support to Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers, facilitating planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Change Office team to enhance services, foster a high-performance culture, and support operational excellence.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Project Management certifications (e.g., PMBOK) highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and portfolio management tools.
