The Senior Category Trade Marketing Analyst will act as a link between brand strategies and execution at the point of sale, ensuring that marketing initiatives are adapted and effectively implemented across different distribution channels. The focus is on maximizing brand and category growth, influencing product mix decisions, pricing positioning, and distribution. The area also plays a crucial role in market analysis and in aligning strategies with sales and marketing teams to optimize commercial performance.
What you will do:
- Develop effective communication channels and forums with marketing, dComm, GC, Shopper, Channel Trade, and Sales teams.
- Align channel trade direction through the definition of product mix, pricing positioning, and distribution targets per channel.
- Coordinate the preparation of the deck for the construction of JBPs (Joint-Business-Plans), as well as specific trade stories for commercial plans and product launches.
- Direct and influence the development of POS materials based on brand needs and strategies.
- Lead the monthly demand review process with a focus on sell-out projection.
- Diagnose the market share scenario by category and monitor commercial KPIs to coordinate opportunities with the commercial team.
What you need to have:
- Completed higher education in Marketing or related areas. Post-graduation is a plus;
- Solid experience in commercial areas with a focus on trade marketing, sales intelligence, and category management;
- Familiarity with the pharma channel (chains, associations, PNV) and previous experience with OTC brands;
- Experience with KPI analysis and sales forecasting;
- Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus;
- Knowledge of IQVIA.
