We are looking for a Senior Character Artist to join our core game development team. The role involves crafting iconic characters for game worlds, including modeling, texturing, and implementing real-time character models. You will contribute to references, concepts, and art direction, taking initiative to advance work independently. Collaboration with the team and external partners is essential to maintain consistent and cohesive quality. Experience in AAA game development for PC/console, creating characters for shooters, designing characters, and delivering stylized characters is required. Proficiency in Unreal Engine, Maya/Modo/MudBox/ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, and Substance Painter is expected. The ideal candidate will balance technical function and aesthetic pursuit, work within gameplay design constraints, and deliver high and low poly models ready for implementation. English proficiency at B2 level is necessary. Additional desirable skills include an interest in realistic art, strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and anatomy, and excellent traditional art skills.

- Balance creativity with technical function
- Work within gameplay design restraints
