Our mission is to provide timely and accurate payment of Sales Compensation to our global sales team. You will be focused on ensuring accuracy in your work while delivering on your deadlines. You will be comfortable working with multiple challenging deliverables. You will have experience working with Sales teams & Finance providing excellent analytics, knowing that it is important to meet your deadlines with a passion to seek solutions proactively.
The role will be home based or hybrid depending on candidate location and report to the EMEA Commissions Manager working for the Global Commissions Office.
Responsibilities
Understand and implement The Autodesk Sales Compensation Plan
Oversee the accurate calculation and submission of variable Commissions earnings ensuring they are aligned with the Sales Compensation Plan
Give input into and support the roll out of changes to the commissions system
Manage the monthly analysis of Sales attainment and will investigate and explain variances for high/low result fluctuations ensuring that any outliers are addressed
Provide high-quality support to the sales teams, meeting their informational and reporting needs to ensure a quick solution is reached while communicating complex logic
Manage the creation of crediting rules and sales rep target sheets for their specific sales team
Be responsible for Manual Adjustments and understand SOX requirements for Audit
Process Improvement
Maintain and look for opportunities to improve commission tools with reference data, employee information, variant information, and compensation plan information needed to produce accurate commission payments and reports
Lead process improvement/automation initiatives and supports global team projects
Minimum Qualifications
5 or more years experience in commission management for sales professionals, ensuring that their commission is correct and potentially having difficult conversations with them or their manager in case of any issues
Have commissions Platform Experience
Provide guidance to other team members, escalating items when needed to management
Flexibility in your working hours may be required, as infrequent meetings are required with other team members in different Geos and you will support a Sales Team which may be based outside of your region
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent experience
Advanced Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions
