We’re looking for a Senior Creative with a strong motion design background and a sharp understanding of what makes UA ads win. You’ll turn ideas into ads that hook quickly, convert consistently, and scale efficiently.
Your Role Within our Kingdom
As a Senior Creative you’ll lead the development of ads for all performance marketing channels.
You’ll partner closely with media buyers, analysts, and producers to create, test, and iterate creative ideas that drive installs. You’ll take the lead from concept to final cut, always balancing creative flair with measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
- Own concept, direction, and execution of short-form video ads and playables
- Create testable variations, iterate based on performance data, and scale winning ideas
- Collaborate with UA teams to understand creative goals and propose new angles
- Keep pace with platform trends, hooks, and formats - especially in mobile gaming
- Present ideas and outcomes with clarity and confidence
- Guide and mentor junior creatives, raising the bar through feedback, support, and creative leadership
- Maintain a high standard of craft across every asset
- Contribute to a fast-paced creative testing culture, sharing learnings and ideas
Skills To Create Thrills
- 5+ years in video-focused creative roles (studio, agency, or in-house)
- Portfolio that shows performance-driven thinking and strong motion craft
- Expert-level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for UA, paid social, or direct-response campaigns
- Comfortable using performance data to drive creative decisions
- Organised, fast, and comfortable managing multiple creative tracks
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Gameplay capture, UGC-style content, and working with AI tools
