We are seeking a Senior Customer Collaboration Manager to strategically operate within the supply chain, fostering client collaboration, ensuring S&OE excellence, and co-creating value. This role involves anticipating risks, proposing integrated solutions, leading key indicators such as OTIF, OSA, cost-to-serve, and client inventories, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Define customer service strategy aligned with Haleon's strategic structure.
  • Lead customer collaboration initiatives, promoting synergies and joint improvement plans.
  • Conduct S&OE process, ensuring alignment between demand, planning, and operational execution.
  • Develop and implement joint Value Creation projects focused on efficiency, sales growth, sustainable inventory, cost optimization, and sustainability.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs like OTIF, fill rate, lead time, and cost-to-serve.
  • Actively participate in the Integrated Business Plan (IBP), contributing strategic and operational insights.
  • Promote digitalization of customer collaboration information using tools like control towers and 360° visibility dashboards.
  • Act as focal point between internal areas (planning, logistics, sales) and external stakeholders (clients, logistics operators).
  • Maintain collaborative work agenda with clients and commercial teams, developing relevant business projects.
  • Perform root cause analyses and action plans to reduce disruptions, obsolete inventory, and operational losses.
  • Develop and train the team, promoting regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Collaboration Manager, who will act strategically in the supply chain, promoting collaboration with clients, excellence in execution (S&OE), and value co-creation. They will be responsible for anticipating risks, proposing integrated solutions, leading indicators such as OTIF, OSA, cost-to-serve, customer inventories, and logistics contracts, among others, in addition to developing and leading high-performance teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define the customer service strategy aligned with Haleon's strategic structure. Operate nationally, focusing on providing the best service to all company clients. Lead customer collaboration initiatives, promoting synergies and joint performance improvement plans;
  • Conduct the S&OE process, ensuring alignment between demand, planning, and operational execution. Develop and implement joint Value Creation projects focused on efficiency, sales increase, sustainable inventory, cost optimization, and sustainability;
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, lead time, cost of service, among others. Actively participate in the Integrated Business Plan (IBP), contributing strategic and operational insights;
  • Promote the digitalization of customer collaboration information through tools such as control towers and 360° visibility dashboards that not only provide visibility but also generate improvement actions and facilitate agile decision-making;
  • Act as a focal point between internal areas (planning, logistics, sales) and external stakeholders (clients, logistics operators). Maintain a collaborative work agenda with clients and commercial teams, developing relevant business projects, monitoring JBPs, and making the Customer Collaboration team a reference in collaboration and service.
  • Perform root cause analyses and action plans to reduce interruptions, obsolete inventory, and operational losses. Develop and train the team, promoting regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure professional growth and operational excellence.

Why YOU?

Your qualifications:

  • Higher education with specialization in related areas;
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain and customer relationship;
  • Knowledge in S&OP/S&OE, demand management, customer segmentation, and cost-to-serve solutions;
  • Experience and knowledge with service KPIs such as: OTIF, Fill Rate, Lead Time, OSA, and service level per channel and client.
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision;
  • Leadership of multifunctional and regional teams;
  • Fluent English / advanced Spanish is a plus.
