The Solution Division is a technical sales department that partners with customers to lead business transformation and achieve true Customer Success.
Demo Engineers belong to the Solution Division and are a strategic and creative team that deeply understands the diverse needs and challenges of customers, then embodies attractive solutions as highly feasible demos to achieve business transformation.

Responsibilities
To achieve customer business transformation through technology, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to design the optimal combination of Salesforce solutions and customization strategies based on customer requirements.
- Develop prototypes utilizing the latest Salesforce platform technologies (Lightning Web Component, Visualforce/Apex, Web, mobile apps) to enhance proposal competitiveness.
- Support Solution Engineers in proposal formulation and architecture review as an expert in cloud solution development.
- Plan, develop, and operate internal business support tools and reusable common assets to support overall organizational productivity improvement and promote technical standardization.
- Collaborate with global headquarters teams to mutually share and deploy domestic and international best practices, and promote joint solution development.
Key Deliverables
- Upon the release of new Salesforce features, conduct detailed technical preliminary investigations, build demo environments assuming customer usage scenarios to maximize feature appeal, and contribute to strengthening the sales team's proposal capabilities.
- To consider solutions specialized in solving customer issues, investigate and implement technical integration between external cloud services and Salesforce, clarify merits/demerits, and propose recommended architectures.
- To showcase Salesforce's high flexibility in customer proposals, build a custom UI for Agentforce optimized for the customer's environment (site) in a demo, contributing to increased order win rates.
- To streamline and advance proposal activities, plan and develop common demo platforms and business support tools utilizing the latest Salesforce technologies, contributing to overall organizational productivity improvement and strengthening proposal capabilities.

Basic Requirements
Technical/Solution Experience
- 5+ years of practical web system development experience (broad experience from front-end to database, including JavaScript, CSS, SQL).
- Practical development experience using object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, TypeScript.
- Experience in solution development or consulting for CRM-related operations (marketing, SFA, contact centers, EC, etc.).
Business Mindset
- High learning motivation and adaptability to the latest technologies and solutions to drive customer business transformation.
- Multitasking ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, efficient time allocation, and rational prioritization skills.
- Communication skills to facilitate smooth discussions and coordination with internal and external related teams for better proposal realization.
- Fluent Japanese skills and business-level English skills for global collaboration.
Preferred Requirements
- Technical understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in developing or proposing solutions in advanced areas such as AI/Agent, data analysis, system integration.
- Experience in developing or proposing solutions using major cloud platforms such as Salesforce/AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience in design and usability-related tasks such as web branding and UI/UX design using CSS.
- Experience in system architecture formulation for web system development.
- Experience in technical collaboration with global teams using English.
