Aisera is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team, specifically supporting federal customers. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with development teams to optimize workflows. Responsibilities include system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automation. The position is based in Hyderabad, India.

  • AWS or Azure certification
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience
  • Experience with AWS
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Strong IaC knowledge (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Scripting skills (Python or similar)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Helm)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools

The Role: 

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team that supports federal customers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automation. 

This role is based in our Hyderabad, office. 

Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and optimize development workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is required (Azure is a plus).
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Scripting and automation skills using Python or similar languages.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Helm). 
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards for federal systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • It is nice to have Certification in AWS or Azure
