Aisera is a leading provider of AI Copilot solutions, utilizing AiseraGPT and Generative AI to drive business transformation. This role is for a Principal DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting federal customers. The position requires extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automation. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, monitoring system performance, implementing security best practices, and developing comprehensive documentation.
Must have:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and optimize development workflows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedure
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure
  • Experience with Ray Framework
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
  • Scripting and automation skills using Python, or similar languages
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards for federal systems
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Good to have:
  • Experience working on federal government contracts or projects
  • Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting federal customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automation.

Due to the nature of the work, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.

This role is based out of our office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and optimize development workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedure.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure required (GCP is a plus).
  • Experience with Ray Framework required.
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Scripting and automation skills using Python, or similar languages.
