Aerospike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Field and Partner Marketing to lead and scale marketing functions. This role involves driving strategy, planning, and executing virtual and in-person events across key global regions. The ideal candidate will embody ownership, urgency, and ruthless prioritization, focusing on pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and establishing the company as a leader in real-time databases for transactions and AI applications.

  • Deep understanding of GTM funnel integration and optimization.
  • Strong performance in building and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.

Aerospike is the real-time database for mission-critical use cases and workloads, including transactions, machine learning inference or predictive AI, generative, and agentic AI. It powers millions of transactions per second with millisecond latency, at a fraction of the total cost of ownership compared to other databases.

Global leaders, including Adobe, Airtel, Barclays, Criteo, DBS Bank, Experian, Grab, HDFC Bank, PayPal, Sony Interactive Entertainment, The Trade Desk, and Wayfair, rely on it for customer 360, fraud detection, real-time bidding, profile stores, recommendation engines, and other use cases.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our marketing team. You'll drive all aspects of field and partner marketing, including strategy, plan, and execution of virtual and in-person events across North America, Europe, Israel, ASEAN, and India.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of A players to uplevel the field and partner marketing functions
  • Team up with the leader for communications and digital marketing to deliver the joint goal for pipeline creation, with an intense focus on the new logos
  • Build a world-class field and partner marketing plan to engage the ICP customers in each geography and establish the company as a real-time database for transactions and three types of AI: machine learning inference or predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI
  • Raise awareness of the product suite and the company among engineers and executives building high-performance data infrastructure in adtech, financial services, fintech, retail, telecom, and new tech companies.

What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of professional experience as a leader with hands-on experience in building and scaling field and partner marketing for a tech startup or enterprise
  • Deep understanding of integrating and optimizing the entire GTM funnel with strategy, plan, and tactics with virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, third-party, and self-hosted conferences to increase the pipeline with efficient spend
  • Strong performance in building and implementing a comprehensive field and partner marketing plan for a technology startup or enterprise (bonus points for experience with B2B SaaS)
