Support supervision in planning machine downtime for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment non-productive time. Support supervision in the elaboration of work procedures, FOP, and FIMP for corrective and preventive maintenance, making necessary changes and adaptations. Manage third-party services in projects, improvements in electrical maintenance, and installations. Supervise the reception, assembly, and inspection of electrical system materials, ensuring their compliance with specifications. Execute improvement actions identified in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and report analysis. Participate in MBD meetings, always aiming to program countermeasures to prevent failure recurrence and conduct global benchmarking. Utilize Failure analysis tools (5 W 1H, Ishikawa, 8D, 6 Sigma, FMEA). Support the team to achieve defined objectives (SQCT) in the maintenance department. Support Utilities supervision in team development by seeking fundamental, basic, and specific leveling of the team. Support Utilities maintenance supervision in managing the knowledge, skills, and attitude improvement plan for Maintenance Technicians, practicing and directing technicians based on company principles. Support maintenance supervision in ensuring the 5S of the maintenance department, engineering, areas under maintenance responsibility, and advanced stock control. Practice and ensure contracted companies comply with the “5 Safety Rules” with the workgroup; act proactively upon detecting potential risk by paralyzing operations and communicating with leadership. Evaluate risks of the Utilities Distribution System (electrical energy – High and Medium Voltage), being responsible for supporting supervision in planning, distribution, operation, and control of equipment and processes, with the quality and quantity required by production areas, at the lowest cost, preserving facilities, personnel safety, the environment, and equipment integrity. Support the Utilities Maintenance team in personnel and equipment safety through the company’s safety plan and daily audits in areas under their responsibility (138kV, 13.8kV, 6.6kV, 440V, and 380V substations). Ensure the operational continuity of process equipment, uninterruptedly meeting the demand of operational areas through maintenance and distribution of fuels, electrical energy (138kV, 13.8kV, 6.6kV, 440V, and 380V substations). Comply with and enforce standards established by Brazilian law: Safety Standard in Electricity Installations and Services (NR10). Mastery of industrial utilities projects (electrical energy distribution in low and medium voltage, substations, generators, transformers, PMTs, and QGBTs) and (Automation and control systems - PLCs, sensors, HMIs, supervisory systems). Ability to perform electrical sizing, interpret single-line diagrams, elaborate calculation reports, and technical specifications. Planning and execution of electrical system infrastructure and expansion projects, with mastery of scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects, integrating with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Environment, Safety, and Logistics areas. Knowledge of technical standards and regulations such as NR-10 and NBR5410. Knowledge of management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and asset management software. Strong communication skills to act as a technical focal point between plant sectors. Elaboration of technical reports, managerial presentations for monitoring operational and strategic indicators (KPIs). Ability to translate technical information into accessible language for managers and directors.
