Job Description

The key responsibilities include creating, executing, and monitoring business strategies for placing ANZEN products within the Nissan Distributor Network. This involves ensuring the quality of service and resolution of internal and external situations through Commercial Assist, while also meeting key business indicators such as Extended Warranty for New, Used, and Gap Insurance. The role requires developing and executing regional strategies and challenges to drive sales of additional products, conducting recurrent visits and business reviews with Nissan network groups (at least 10 full visits per month), and developing and executing strategies based on customer needs (challenges, incentives, training, escalations). It also involves planning and field visits with the Assurant team, and developing, supporting, and coordinating Commercial Assist for information and service quality. The position requires a completed degree in economic-administrative areas, preferably with a CNSF Insurance Agent B License and English proficiency (TOEIC 650 pts). The candidate must be available to travel and have at least 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in insurance or the financial system, with experience managing work teams and using indicators for decision-making and problem identification. Essential skills include strong presence, commercial and administrative task management, team leadership, numerical and information synthesis analytical skills, oral and written communication, negotiation, effective communication for objective seguimiento, proactive attitude, prioritization, organization, and activity follow-up in demanding situations.

Job Details

Responsabilidades clave:

  •  Es responsable de la creación, ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias comerciales para la colocación de los productos de ANZEN dentro de la Red de Distribuidores Nissan, Asegurando por medio del Commercial Assist la calidad de atención y solución de situación internas y externas cuidando la calidad en atención y administración del servicio.
  • Cumplimiento de indicadores clave de negocio como Garantía Extendida Nuevos, Seminuevos y Seguro Gap.
  • Creación y ejecución de las estrategias y Challenge regionales para asegurar los resultados de la venta de productos adicionales.
  • Visita y Bussines Review recurrente en los grupos de la red Nissan enfocados en dueños, directores y GG (Mínimo 10 Full Visits por mes)
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia basado en la necesidad de nuestros clientes (Challenge, Incentivos, Training, escalamientos)
  • Trabajo en planeación, visita en campos con el equipo Assurant.
  • Desarrollo, soporte y coordinación del Comercial Assist (Calidad en la información, calidad en servicio)

Nivel académico: Licenciatura concluida en áreas economico - administrativas

Certificaciones: Preferente Cédula B Agente de Seguros CNSF

Idiomas / Lenguas: Inglés TOEIC 650 pts

Disponibilidad de viajar: Si

Experiencia laboral: 2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales Preferentemente en el área de seguros o en el sistema financiero Manejo de equipos de trabajo y administración de indicadores para toma de decisión e identificación de problemas. 

Conocimiento y habilidades: Dominio de presencia, foros y tareas comerciales, administrativas Necesario saber Administrar y liderear equipos de trabajo Capacidad analítica numérica y de síntesis de información, capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita Poder de negociación interna y externa, enfocado al seguimiento de objetivos y con alta capacidad de comunicación efectiva,  Actitud proactiva, priorización, organización y seguimiento de actividades en situaciones demandantes.
