Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a Senior Engineer Support for PAM to resolve technical issues, comply with SLAs, and improve documentation. This role involves preparing root cause analysis reports, communicating with customers, and publishing knowledge articles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software support/development experience, with at least 2 years in PAM solution design and implementation, and strong debugging skills.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with any ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc. is preferred.
  • Knowledge of application architectures like monoliths and microservices.
  • Experience with coding in Java is a plus.
  • Preferred to have L100 and L200 certification for Saviynt.
Must Have:
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Comply and act on incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Identify and report documentation gaps to improve self-service capabilities.
  • Prepare root cause analysis reports for customers.
  • Communicate with end users/businesses to explain issues and resolutions.
  • Provide technical analysis for production incidents, resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Publish knowledge articles for incidents and service requests, prepare technical documents.
  • 5+ Years of total experience in supporting, developing, or implementing software solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in designing and implementing PAM solutions (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, CA/Xceedium, Delinea).
  • Experience with databases, LDAP, directory services, application servers, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle about privileged accounts.
  • Knowledge in scripting and coding technologies (PowerShell, REST, Auto IT).
  • Knowledge of protocols like SSH, IIS, RDP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Knowledge of technologies like RabbitMQ, Elastic, Redis, Kubernetes.
  • Experience in scripting with SQL.
  • Strong debugging skillset.
  • Bachelors in computer science and engineering or equivalent degree.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

  • Identify and report documentation gaps with intent to improve self-service capabilities for customers and partners.
  • Prepare root cause analysis reports to present to customers.
  • Communicate with end users/businesses to explain the issue(s) and resolution. Provide technical analysis for the production incidents, resolution, and root cause analysis for the incidents.
  • Publish knowledge articles for the incidents and service requests, prepare technical documents for the standard operating procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 5+ Years of total experience in supporting, developing, or implementing software solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in designing and implementing PAM solutions such as (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, CA/Xceedium, Delinea) for enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems (Linux, Windows) and network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle about privileged accounts and how people use accounts.
  • Knowledge in scripting and coding technologies (PowerShell, REST, Auto IT)
  • Knowledge of protocols like SSH, IIS, RDP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Knowledge of technologies like RabbitMQ or similar messaging queues, Elastic, Redis, Kubernetes
  • Experience in scripting with SQL
  • Experience with any ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc. is preferred.
  • Knowledge of application architectures like monoliths and microservices
  • Bachelors in computer science and engineering or equivalent degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Strong debugging skillset with the ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with coding in Java is a plus.
  • Preferred to have L100 and L200 certification for Saviynt
