The Senior Executive Assistant will provide administrative and strategic support to the SVP of Yield & Analytics and the VP of Brand for Expedia Lodging. This role requires managing complex calendars, prioritizing meeting requests, and coordinating internal/external appointments. Responsibilities include drafting and managing correspondence, organizing meetings and events, arranging travel, managing information, and supporting special initiatives. The assistant will act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders, ensuring their time is optimized and operations run smoothly.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and travel/expense platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the travel, technology, or consumer brand industries.
  • Proficiency or fluency in French.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Introduction to the team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the SVP of Yield & Analytics and the VP of Brand for Expedia Lodging. This dual-support role requires a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual who can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with professionalism and discretion. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing the effectiveness of two senior leaders, ensuring their time is optimized and their operations run smoothly.

In this role you will:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across time zones.
  • Communication Management: Draft and manage correspondence, briefings, and presentations; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize leadership meetings, offsites, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Travel Management: Arrange international and domestic travel, itineraries, and expense reporting in compliance with company policies.
  • Information Management: Track deadlines, manage confidential information, and maintain up-to-date documentation and contact lists.
  • Cross-functional Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders; maintain strong working relationships across teams.
  • Project Support: Support special initiatives, assist with research, and ensure seamless coordination across analytical, commercial, and brand-related projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency or fluency in French is a big plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and travel/expense platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in the travel, technology, or consumer brand industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
