Brand Performance - Program Manager, Vrbo

We’re seeking a data-driven, action-oriented program manager to lead efforts in understanding and improving conversion performance across Vrbo. This role will be the go-to expert on funnel dynamics, working cross-functionally to surface insights, drive resolutions, and shape strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage the Vrbo performance conversion working group, including content, coordination, and follow-ups

  • Analyze weekly conversion performance and deliver clear, impactful narratives

  • Build and maintain self-serve tools and dashboards to explain funnel behavior

  • Identify and investigate funnel or segment-level conversion changes and recommend solutions

  • Lead deep dives into performance drivers that result in actionable recommendations

  • Manage the monitoring processes to detect and address performance and conversion issues promptly

  • Serve as the conversion expert for Vrbo, supporting cross-functional forums and reviews

  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Improve data sources and visibility by enhancing brand specific data needs

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience

5+ years for Bachelor's
3+ years for Master's


Functional/ Technical Skill

  • Cross-functional collaboration and coordination

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strong presentation and communication

  • Data analytics with practical insights and application

  • Data visualization

  • SQL experience

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
