An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Grade B) supporting the New Build & Components (NB&C) Delivery Business Unit (DBU) of the Rolls-Royce Submarines (RRSL) business, based in Derby.
The RRSL business is embarking on a remarkable period of growth, both in existing markets and in new ventures. The NB&C DBU delivers and supports critical activities to support the Royal Navy.
The New Build & Components (NB&C) business unit is responsible for Component Delivery, Engineering and for our integration with the shipbuilder in Barrow in Furness through our site-based teams. The focus for NB&C is on - delivering our remaining Astute platforms to sea, Dreadnought – the UK’s top defence priority and most important programme in a generation and preparing for new product introduction and facility expansion programmes for SSN-AUKUS.
These critical activities and deliveries are key to delivering our commitments to the Customer – ensuring we deliver on time, on cost and safely.
This role is at the heart of the Submarines business, reporting into the Submarines Finance Director.
