  • Provide timely feedback and technical guidance to Trainees and Associates.
  • Report potential exceptions and findings to the responsible Manager.

Job Description & Summary

The position requires professionals with a third-level degree in careers related to Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related fields.

Functions:

  • Plan, execute, review, and finalize audit tests and tasks as required by the Manager, Senior Manager, and Director, applying PwC's methodology.
  • Coordinate with team members the tasks assigned to each professional, budget, and type of audit execution phase.
  • Review tasks executed by professionals under their responsibility, ensuring the quality of work, budgets, delivery times, and promptly report the results of these reviews to assignment leaders.
  • Act proactively with the client in requesting, monitoring, and classifying the information provided, with the aim of ensuring timeliness and quality in the execution of assigned audit tests.
  • Be the effective communication link (coordination of internal and external meetings) between the PwC team (Assurance, RAS, and Tax) and the client.
  • Document the work performed in the systems made available by the firm, in accordance with PwC's designated policies, methodology, and templates.
  • Provide timely feedback to Trainees and Associates on the work performed and guide them in the technical application of audit tests.
  • Inform the responsible Manager about possible exceptions and findings that arise during the audit execution.

Minimum years experience required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audit practice and at least 1 as a team leader.

Additional application instructions

  • Team management.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate / advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • International Auditing Standards.
  • Current legal regulations related to the industry.
  • Intermediate English (TOEIC 625 pts)
