Job Description
Level AI, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, is a Series C startup that transforms contact centers into strategic assets using an AI-native platform and Large Language Models to extract insights from customer interactions. As a Senior FullStack Engineer, you will be a critical team member working on cutting-edge AI technologies, shaping the future of enterprise applications. You will focus on the Node.js Backend and Infrastructure team, developing and scaling real-time video and audio streaming services, including projects related to real-time notifications, media streaming, and media storage backends. The role involves innovating, building, and maintaining products/features, designing solutions for broadly defined problems, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating on system architecture and design in an agile environment.

Must Have:
- 2+ years of Fullstack development experience with Node.js and React.js
- Experience with ReactJS & Electron for cross-platform desktop development
- Good understanding of real-time media streaming (RTMP, WebRTC, SRT)
- Strong fluency with backend Javascript, Typescript, and design patterns
- Expertise in designing scalable applications using relational/non-relational databases
- Experience with multi-threaded architectures, web services, and caching
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and experience with event-driven systems

Playing an integral part:
As a critical member of the team, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and will play a high-impact role in shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise applications. As the part of the NodeJs Backend and Infrastructure team, you’ll work on developing and scaling Level AI’s real time video and audio streaming services. Your will work on projects spanning real time notifications, media streaming, and media storage backends.

- Plan, execute and maintain entire products/features which millions of customers will experience.
- Ability to design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
- Drive best practices and engineering excellence.
- Work with other team members to develop the architecture and design of new and current systems.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver a high-quality Product.
We'll love to explore more about you if you have:
- 2+ years of Fullstack development experience on Node.js and React.js.
