Our challenge

We are seeking a Senior Gen AI Engineer specializing in Agentic Orchestration, Semantic Kernel SDK, and Agent Space. The ideal candidate plays a key role in designing and integrating AI-driven autonomous systems.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC  is $120K - $130K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Agentic Orchestration: Architect and implement multi-agent AI workflows using Semantic Kernel SDK and Agent Space.
• LLM & AI Integration: Design AI-driven solutions that leverage autonomous reasoning and orchestration.
• API & Tool Integration: Work with cloud-based AI services to ensure seamless multi-agent interactions.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure efficiency, scalability, and security in AI deployments.
• Collaboration: Work with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to refine AI architectures.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Gen AI Engineer.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, C#, and AI model APIs.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Experience with Semantic Kernel SDK, Agent Space, and orchestration frameworks.
• LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with models like GPT, Claude, Llama, and Mixtral.
• Data Handling: Ability to preprocess and structure data for AI workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to optimize AI-generated responses.
