Job Description

The Senior Helpdesk Analyst provides site support for a Windows-based PC ecosystem, resolving issues reported via phone, walk-in, or email. Responsibilities include queue management, adherence to IT processes (Incident, Service Request, Problem Management), meeting SLAs, Active Directory administration (user accounts, applications), ticket management, escalation of unresolved issues, and review of knowledge base articles. The role requires a graduate degree (post-graduation preferred), 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, experience managing Windows OS, productivity software, security configurations, and desktop deployment. Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL, etc.) are preferred. A strong understanding of the ITIL framework is essential.

Provide site support for Windows-based PC ecosystem on issues logged via Phone, Ad-Hoc (walk-in) or email to Aristocrat’s internal staff & SOE.
• Queue management for effective assignment of requests and incidents
• Execution and adherence to Aristocrat IT Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management and other IT processes.
• Ensure documented SLA’s are met.
• Active Directory Administration for user accounts and other business applications; Additions, modifications and deletions.
• Create, update, escalate as well as close incident and service requests in Aristocrat’s IT Ticket System.
• Escalate unresolved issues in timely and effective manner and work with other teams for issue resolution exhibiting total problem ownership.
• Review documented processes and Knowledge Base articles.

What You'll Do

  • Graduate in any Stream however post-graduation will be advantage.
  • 4-6 Years of Experience into the similar role. Work experience in large IT environments with exposure to multiple technologies will be advantage.
  • Experience in managing windows Operating System, baseline productivity software, security configurations, back-end infra to manage the desktop deployment & software packaging / deployment.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL, Data centre operations, CompTIA) preferred.
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework, related processes and exposure to Incident, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.
