The Senior Implementation Manager role involves leading the implementation and activation of Sabre Virtual Payments customers. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project delivery. The manager will need to adopt a customer-centric approach to bring added value and simplification to customers. Key responsibilities include managing implementation activities, coordinating with internal and external teams, managing the implementation process for large customers, identifying product customization needs, training customers on the solution, ensuring first transactions, and managing second-level support occasionally. This role offers an opportunity to influence a travel fintech team and gain deep understanding of the B2B Travel Payment industry.

Sabre Corporation launched Sabre Direct Pay , an innovative payments hub designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Direct Pay allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation manager role will be leading the implementation and activation of Sabre Virtual Payments customers. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure our customers get the best service, projects are delivered on time and our processes are in a continuously improving mode. You will have a customer centric mindset to bring additional value or simplification to the customers.

What will you achieve?

Managing implementation activities for all SDP customers
Contribute to the removal of non-commercial tasks away from the commercial team.
Coordinate with internal external teams (addressing certain implementations and support levels).
Manage the whole implementation process for complex-big customers.
Identify product customization needs to support the implementation. Coordinate these customizations with the product team to ensure customer satisfaction and deadlines.
Train the customer in the solution and reporting
Ensure first transactions to consolidate the activation of the customer.
Managing second level support occasionally
Support SLAs and response time measurements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Advanced English and Portuguese level both verbal and written
Customer focus mindset.
Experience in the payments or banking industry is a strong plus.
Exceptional communication ability and strong attention to detail.
Strategic and Analytical thinking.
Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
Background in technology implementations is nice to have.
Knowledge on Payments and Travel Payments is a plus.
