Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sr Manager of Site Reliability Engineering - Deployment. In this pivotal role, you will architect, build, and maintain the critical infrastructure that powers all Saviynt products. This includes driving reliability, scalability, and security across our cloud services while fostering strong partnerships with product, engineering, and security teams. Your leadership will directly impact the performance and resilience of our IGA, External, PAM, AAG, ISPM, and NHI product portfolios. Lead and scale Site Reliability Engineering deployment practices across enterprise infrastructure. Drive reliability, automation, and operational excellence while managing high-performing DevOps/SRE teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Technical Leadership

• Architect and implement deployment pipelines for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for deployment systems.
• Drive automation initiatives, reducing manual deployment overhead by 80%+.
• Lead incident response and post-mortem processes for deployment failures.

Operational Excellence

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi.
• Design CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Establish monitoring and observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ensure 99.9%+ deployment success rates and <5-minute rollback capabilities.

Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to define deployment standards.
• Drive adoption of containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless technologies.
• Implement chaos engineering and disaster recovery practices.
• Establish deployment security and compliance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Leadership

• Proven leadership experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles, with 3+ years managing operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling deployment systems for high-traffic applications.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade incident management and on-call rotations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (required), Azure/GCP (preferred).
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
• Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
