Job Description

As a Senior Monetization Associate at Voodoo, you'll manage ad monetization strategies across various ad networks and demand partners. You'll design and operate AdOps processes for numerous games using major ad mediation platforms. Collaborating with studios, you'll enhance overall game monetization strategies, including in-app purchases (IAP) and subscriptions. Deep analysis of monetization performance will be crucial, requiring A/B testing to optimize efforts and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements, new ad placements, and user segmentation. Strong communication with partners and internal teams (regarding tech, data, and automation) is essential. The role demands a data-driven approach, advanced Excel skills, and a creative mindset to navigate the dynamic mobile gaming landscape.

Role

Manage ad monetization strategy across a variety of ad networks and demand partners
Design and operate AdOps processes for many games via major ad mediation platforms
Work with studios to improve the overall monetization strategy of our games, including iAP, subscription, etc.
Deeply analyze monetization performance against key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results and leverage them
Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, new user segmentation strategies, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of users
Communicate with strategic partners & ad network contacts to build/maintain strong relationships
Liaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs

Profile

Experience in the monetization ecosystem, in consulting or in finance
Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills
Develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in statistical analysis tools is an advantage
A hacker and creative mindset
Speak and write English
Understanding of the mobile gaming competitive landscape and mobile ad tech ecosystem is a big plus
