Intrepid Studios is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Producer who is a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills. As a Senior Producer, you will focus on product development and assist all cross discipline teams with strategic planning  to drive projects to completion in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in the creation, estimation, and tracking of major milestones, features, tasks, and bugs
  • Set and attend studio meetings, determine and delegate action items, and set follow up meetings
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and drive communication, organization, and accountability for multiple development teams
  • Manage and mentor mid-level and associate producers
  • Work closely with other producers and leadership to communicate project status and identify risks
  • Identify, communicate, and help to resolve risks and roadblocks in the development pipeline
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in game production
  • Shipped at least one AAA game title

The Legal Bits:

We offer competitive pay based on market standards plus a significant annual bonus structure. The base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $160,000, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
