Today, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer (M/F) to join this dynamic team, currently composed of 9 people.

WHO ARE WE?

100% independent software publisher, based on the outskirts of Nantes, RCA develops two ranges of software: a range of 13 modules for accounting firms and a collaborative digital platform in SaaS mode for chartered accountants and their clients (VSEs).

For 15 years, the company has continuously evolved. With 3 people in 2007, today we are 250 employees committed to the RCA adventure!

Our Product Design team is growing and evolving to meet new challenges. Last year, it grew from 5 to 9 designers, thus strengthening our ability to design ever more innovative experiences adapted to tomorrow's challenges.

• Tame complexity: Our products meet precise legislative constraints that evolve regularly, but not only... We therefore have the challenge of offering and guaranteeing a compliant, intuitive, and effective experience for all our users.
• Innovate for accounting: Data, AI, platformization, automation... the world of accounting expertise is undergoing a complete transformation, it's time to make your contribution. Innovating for chartered accountants means enabling them to offer more value to their clients (VSEs/SMEs).

💼 > 6 years minimum experience

💰 Salary expected between 42k€ and 46k€ gross fixed per year + RCA Benefits

📍 Saint Herblain (Bus: line C3)

🏠 Hybrid (3 days remote work + 2 days minimum on-site)

Qualifications

What do you need to impress us?

• You have experience in product design (ideally in B2B2B but B2B is already good),
• You master the art of simplicity (making complex things simple),
• You know how to adapt, work in a team, .. but also you want to share, challenge yourself, progress,
• You are not just an artist! You are pragmatic with a user-centric vision, seeking impact,
• You are very proficient in Figma,
• You know that DSL (Design System Library) is not the ancestor of fiber and you want to participate in its evolution,
• You want to work in a team of several designers and are ready to reiterate the experience,
• And if we talk about Product Culture, it doesn't scare you!
