Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform customer success through world-class AI solutions. You will collaborate with senior product leaders and a fast-moving team, shipping production-ready MVPs quickly and measuring success by customer impact. Must have:
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize features for AI-powered experiences
  • Translate complex customer problems into simple, elegant solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and experimentation cycles, validating concepts with data and customer feedback
  • Work across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions on tight timelines
  • Engage directly with customers and early adopters to test ideas, gather feedback, and uncover new opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, write crisp product requirements, and track success metrics
  • 4-7 years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven products
  • Proven ability to drive execution
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Customer-first mindset, with experience gathering insights and turning them into product decisions
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline

What You’ll Do

Key Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management or a related role (software engineering, design, or strategy experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven products (direct experience with AI/ML tools or platforms is a strong plus, but not required)
  • Proven ability to drive execution: translating ideas into features we can ship and iterating based on results
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset, with experience gathering insights and turning them into product decisions
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline; advanced degree a plus
