Most Important:
- 7–10+ years of product management experience at a senior level
- Strong technical background (technical degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience working across startups, small businesses, and enterprise environments
- Skilled in design thinking and customer experience approaches, including creating visuals, specifying workflows with engineers, and a strong focus on user experience and design
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to take full ownership of products and drive initiatives end-to-end with high accountability
- Comfortable working in technical domains and bridging business and engineering teams
- Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
- Strong leadership skills—natural self-starter who guides teams, solves problems proactively, and keeps momentum going without waiting for direction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment among stakeholders
- Deep problem discovery and framing skills, with a willingness to dig into the root causes and validate assumptions
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contributor responsible for bringing the software product vision to life
- Map out product roadmaps and collaborate closely with design, engineering, customers, and stakeholders to deliver iterative value through product releases
- Define and articulate long-term product strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster alignment to ensure timely delivery and impact
