Job Description

We are currently looking for a SLED Account Manager. We have 1 open position. The SLED Account Manager will drive territory sales, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, strategically prospect, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet or exceed sales quotas in the SLED sector.
Must Have:
  • 7-10 years of field sales experience with 5 years specifically in the SLED market
  • 5+ years selling performance monitoring (NPM/APM), observability, and/or cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience following sales processes or sales methodology with prior professional sales training
  • Hunter mentality with great communication skills
  • Drive Territory Sales: Own and manage assigned accounts in the SLED sector, building a strong pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding quota through direct sales efforts.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers across multiple levels, while partnering with internal technical teams and channel partners.
  • Strategic Prospecting & Account Planning: Actively identify new business opportunities, maintain a 3X quota pipeline, and apply consultative selling to understand customer needs and align solutions to their objectives.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work in accordance with company policies and ethical standards, support account technical requirements with Sales Engineers, and travel within the region as needed to engage clients effectively.

Salary: 120k-130k, with OTE up to 260k
