Must Haves:
- Previous MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience
- Strong background with Microsoft enterprise platforms and Azure
- Prior management or supervisory experience leading a technical support/helpdesk team
About the Role:
- We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to oversee daily operations of a 20-person helpdesk team within a Managed Services environment. This role will work alongside two other managers to ensure smooth operations and delivery of IT support services.
- The ideal candidate is a supportive, people-focused leader who values and contributes to a strong, positive company culture. At the same time, they must be assertive, decisive, and confident in driving performance to meet organizational goals.
- This position requires balancing hands-on team management, relationship-building, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability and results.
