Job Summary

CRB Workforce is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a next-generation data integration and analytics cloud solutions platform. The role involves developing project roadmaps, managing client expectations, balancing budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact. The manager will also realign resources, mitigate risks, foster client relationships, and drive product adoption to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Proven success in product implementations
  • Managing multiple large-scale projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Expertise in technical deployments
  • Expertise in system implementations
  • Expertise in data management/reporting
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11
  • Knowledge of clinical trial methodology
  • Knowledge of CRO partnerships
  • Knowledge of EDC systems (Medidata, Rave)
  • Knowledge of biostatistical visualizations
  • Experience driving process efficiencies within a PMO
  • Experience driving quality improvements within a PMO

Good to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or an analytical discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of a next-generation data integration and analytics cloud solutions platform.
  • Develop project roadmaps and timelines for solution integration, custom reporting, data mapping, and Clinical Data Repository (CDR)
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Manage client expectations, approvals, and communication on scoped deliverables
  • Balance and reconcile project budgets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and issue escalation
  • Realign resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigate risks
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships
  • Drive elluminate® adoption and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
