Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst. We have 1 open position. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and deploying various devices, handling on-site support, managing user access and cybersecurity controls, logging tickets in Jira, coordinating with vendors, and providing technical support during site operations.
Must Have:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on IT support or field deployment experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and basic networking
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity principles and IT compliance
  • Proven ability to enable and manage multifactor authentication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor with all levels, including executives
  • Team-player mindset, quick learner, and adaptable to rapidly changing technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and deploy desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), iPhones, and other endpoint devices
  • Handle on-site break/fix support in the warehouse, shop, and user workstations
  • Provision and manage user access: Google Workspace accounts, group assignments, and multifactor authentication
  • Monitor and enforce web filtering, email hardening, and basic cybersecurity controls
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in Jira; author and update documentation in Confluence
  • Coordinate with vendors on Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, network cabling, and hardware rollouts
  • Provide on-site technical support during depot openings, upgrades, and incident response
