Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Performance Manager for a long-term contract. This remote position involves developing and presenting campaign strategies, owning forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for campaigns, and delivering insights to senior leaders. Responsibilities also include monthly reporting of campaign saves, churn reduction, and credit deflection, as well as leading postmortem analysis to optimize offers and inform future strategy.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of strategic marketing experience working on retention programs
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting campaigns, and translating marketing performance into financial impact
  • Strong business case development experience
  • Ability to present and clearly explain financial impact and track how campaigns are performing vs forecast

Must have skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present campaign strategies and business cases ensuring financial accretiveness and measurable value
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for campaigns – delivering insights and readouts to senior and executive leaders
  • Deliver monthly reporting of campaign saves, churn reduction, and credit deflection vs internal forecasts
  • Lead postmortem analysis to identify insights, optimize offers, and inform future strategy
