We are currently looking for a Case Manager to provide guidance and support to individuals facing financial or personal challenges. The role involves conducting detailed assessments, developing personalized service plans, connecting clients to community resources, and advocating for them. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving, people-focused individual with strong communication and empathy skills, dedicated to supporting those experiencing economic hardship.
Must Have
- Looking for a problem-solving, people-focused Case Worker — not a therapist or clinician
- Strong experience (5+ years preferred) in client assessments, service planning, crisis intervention, and resource coordination
- Must excel in communication, empathy, and building trust with individuals facing financial or personal challenges
Good to Have
- Genuine desire to support individuals experiencing economic hardship
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally aware in all interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with basic budgeting or financial concepts
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals dealing with financial or personal challenges
- Conduct detailed initial assessments to understand client needs
- Develop and manage personalized service plans; monitor progress over time
- Connect clients to appropriate community resources and services
- Advocate for clients when coordinating with service providers and partner agencies
- Facilitate group sessions or workshops that promote skills, confidence, and stability
- Interact with clients with empathy, respect, and cultural awareness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in required systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to case review meetings
- Uphold confidentiality and help expand the organization’s resource network
