Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies. We are seeking an experienced & talented IT Infrastructure Team Leader to join our IT department. This role involves suggesting, implementing, and deploying new IT solutions, maintaining existing IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal system performance to provide excellent service to clients. The leader will manage the IT and Cloud Corporate Infrastructure.

Must Have

  • Lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud engineers team
  • Manage day-to-day operations and task prioritization
  • Handle escalations for on-premise and cloud infrastructure
  • Support IT cloud-related SaaS services (AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, ZTNA)
  • Define network policies and procedures
  • Monitor network performance
  • Implement new IT solutions and maintain existing infrastructure
  • Identify business requirements and propose solutions
  • Set team roadmap objectives and KPIs
  • Design and implement IT Infrastructure for new offices
  • Collaborate with security team on policies
  • Lead IT purchasing decisions
  • Proven team leadership experience (System Admins, IT Infra engineers)
  • Hands-on networking experience (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience with IT directory services (GPO, Okta, Azure AD, DNS, LDAP)
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services
  • Hands-on Linux server management (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat)
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with NAS storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC)
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning

We’re looking for an experienced & talented IT Infrastructure Team Leader to join our growing IT department and lead our IT and Cloud Corporate Infrastructure.

You’ll be suggesting, implementing and deploying new IT solutions together with maintaining our existing IT infrastructure, assuring that all of our systems are in optimal condition, providing the best service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IT Infrastructure & Cloud engineers, managing their day-to-day operational work including prioritizing tasks and meeting team goals.
  • Be a focal point for escalations requests from the field, related to our global corporate on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This includes servers, storage appliances, active network equipment, firewalls and cloud services.
  • Support a variety of IT cloud-related SaaS services and platforms such as AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, Cloud Backups, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway, Cloud-based EDR and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Define network policies and procedures, including design and planning network communication systems.
  • Assure and monitor high network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, QoS, latency, etc.)
  • Suggest, implement and deploy new solutions together while maintaining the existing infrastructure, assure that all our systems are in optimal condition, and provide the best service to our clients.
  • Identify IT related business requirements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Set roadmap objectives, goals, and KPIs for the IT infrastructure team.
  • Design and implement the IT Infrastructure in new offices worldwide contributing to our global expansion.
  • Collaborating with our security team to implement technology and security policies, safeguarding our systems and data from potential threats.
  • Lead IT purchasing decisions and processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a team of System Administrators and IT Infrastructure engineers.
  • Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, enterprise firewalls and VPNs (such as Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Experience with IT directory services, infrastructures and protocols, including GPO, Okta/Single Sign-On, Azure Active Directory, DNS, LDAP etc.
  • Experience with a range of cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, security, and monitoring on AWS or GCP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Linux servers, including CentOS, Ubuntu or Red Hat.
  • Familiarity with NAS storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC - An advantage).
  • High customer orientation and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to promote activities and lead projects end-to-end.
  • Fluent Hebrew & English.
  • Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using Bash, Python, PowerShell
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning - An advantage.
