The Senior Product Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and success of one or more products or product lines within the organization. This role involves managing a team of product managers, guiding product strategy, and ensuring that products meet market needs and company objectives.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and communicate a cohesive product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
  • 5+ years experience with data and product analytics tools.
  • Proven Product Manager or similar experience.
  • Familiar with Agile framework, Scrum, and product lifecycle management.
Good to have:
  • Background in software development and/or program management preferred.
