Ziff Davis Shopping seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead its Personalization Program, aiming to enhance customer loyalty by shifting from generic offers to personalized experiences. The role involves defining and executing a product roadmap that leverages various platforms (email, app, web, extensions) to deliver tailored content and offers at the right moments. This includes leading personalization platform initiatives, partnering with engineering to define APIs and experimentation frameworks, and collaborating with CRM, CDP, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop ML-powered models for experimentation and recommendations. The Senior Product Manager will also work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Design to launch scalable, measurable personalized experiences that boost engagement and retention, while continuously optimizing based on key metrics and user feedback.
