Job Description
Paytm Money seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive success in its Equity Business. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs (layman users), developing product strategies aligned with company goals, conducting market research, creating and managing product roadmaps, defining features, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales), overseeing product launches and marketing, tracking performance metrics, gathering customer feedback, and utilizing data-driven decision-making. The role also involves revenue targets. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the stock broking industry, and strong analytical and communication skills. Domain knowledge of equity stocks, margin pledge, margin trading, funding, buybacks, OFS, and CA is preferred.

Business.Responsibilities:Understand Customer Needs: Know the pain points of a layman user & solve it with UI/UX/UJ. Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.Product Roadmap: Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.Feature Definition: Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Product Launch: Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education.Product Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Analytics: Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.Revenues: The product owned, will also be linked to Revenues/AOP targets, since this is a senior PM role.
